Service Description
Effortless Care for Timeless Style – Maintain, Refresh, Repeat Twice At Ski Hair Extension, we are committed to delivering exceptional services while ensuring the longevity and quality of your hair extensions. To achieve this, we offer a Maintenance Service Plan designed to provide ongoing care. By purchasing this membership, clients agree to schedule their maintenance appointments within six (6) weeks from the date of their initial service appointment. The plan includes two maintenance services, both of which must be utilized within this six-week period. It is the client’s sole responsibility to schedule these appointments in a timely manner. If no maintenance services are scheduled and completed within the six-week timeframe, the plan will be considered complete, and unused services will not be carried over, extended, or refunded. To ensure availability and avoid scheduling conflicts, clients are encouraged to book their maintenance appointments at the time of their initial service. The stylist is not responsible for reminding clients to schedule their services or for managing their appointment bookings. However, in the event that the stylist is unable to fulfill a scheduled service due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the stylist will notify the client and work to reschedule the appointment at the earliest convenience. This policy is designed to maintain consistency in the care of your extensions, allowing us to deliver optimal results. By adhering to the outlined terms, clients can enjoy the full benefits of their Maintenance Service Plan and protect the health and appearance of their extensions. Please Note: Hair must be at least 4 inches all around to receive any braiding service (including Stitch Braids, Sew-Ins, Quick Weaves, etc.). All new clients must book a consultation prior to scheduling. If this requirement is not met and no consultation was completed, the reservation will be canceled at the time of service and no refund will be issued.


Cancellation Policy
Updated Card on File and Cancellation Policy (Effective August 5, 2025) At Ski Hair Extensions, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. Please review full booking policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. By booking an appointment with Ski Hair Extensions, you agree to adhere to the outlined booking and refund policies. Due to a recent increase in last-minute cancellations and rescheduling—now at 16%—we are implementing a mandatory card-on-file policy for all clients. This change is necessary to protect our time, ensure availability for clients who genuinely need service, and prevent loss of potential new and returning bookings. Previously, we allowed flexibility with payments before scheduling future services. However, we are now experiencing frequent appointment gaps due to reserved time slots being canceled without notice—ultimately causing other clients to miss the opportunity to book. Effective August 5, 2025, the following policy will apply: -A valid card must be kept on file for all appointments. -Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. -Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 100% service charge to the card on file. -The cancellation fee must be paid in full before booking any future services.
