If you’ve previously had braids or a sew-in installed by Ski, you’ll need to book a Takedown Appointment before your next style. This ensures your natural hair is safely and professionally prepped for your new look. ✨ Need a wash? If your hair requires a shampoo, blow dry, and trim before your new install, please send a message via Messenger with your full name and appointment date to request the add-on service. 💳 Add-On Pricing: Shampoo + Blow Dry + Trim: $75 (paid at time of service) This helps us reserve enough time for your full hair care experience. Cancellation Policy
Updated Card on File and Cancellation Policy (Effective August 5, 2025) At Ski Hair Extensions, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. Please review full booking policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. By booking an appointment with Ski Hair Extensions, you agree to adhere to the outlined booking and refund policies. Due to a recent increase in last-minute cancellations and rescheduling—now at 16%—we are implementing a mandatory card-on-file policy for all clients. This change is necessary to protect our time, ensure availability for clients who genuinely need service, and prevent loss of potential new and returning bookings. Previously, we allowed flexibility with payments before scheduling future services. However, we are now experiencing frequent appointment gaps due to reserved time slots being canceled without notice—ultimately causing other clients to miss the opportunity to book. Effective August 5, 2025, the following policy will apply: -A valid card must be kept on file for all appointments. -Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. -Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 100% service charge to the card on file. -The cancellation fee must be paid in full before booking any future services.
